May I Have A Minute…

May I have a minute a minute of your time,

To look upon that face of yours & reminisce of days gone by,

I know it doesn’t mean that much to you,  you think there is miles of time,

To you I may appear the warrior the problem solving dime,

You see there are days I struggle & dearly wish I could spend just a moment of your time,

To create more memories with fun & laughter with that little bit of time.

I feel blessed to be in your presence that beautiful child of mine,

To every parent the time is precious every moment we share in time,

So will you spare a moment a moment of your time,

I ask nothing else of you,

That beautiful child of mine.
